Barcelona, the country’s second-largest city, is a cosmopolitan urban center known for its throbbing youthful energy and stellar architecture.

Kick off your visit on the 23rd (Sun): explore the galleries of Seville Museum of Fine Arts, admire the striking features of Plaza de Espana, then admire the natural beauty at Royal Alcázar of Seville, and finally take a stroll through Triana. Andalucía’s thousand-year-old city, Córdoba, was once the capital of both the Roman Empire and the Moorish Kingdom, representing an alluring mix of cultural and political history.
On the 25th (Tue), make a trip to Patios de Cordoba, make a trip to Historic Centre of Cordoba, then wander the streets of Jewish Quarter (Juderia), then explore the ancient world of Roman Bridge, and finally admire the striking features of Museo Mezquita Catedral de Córdoba.

You can take a train from Seville to Cordoba in an hour. Alternatively, you can drive; or take a bus. April in Cordoba sees daily highs of 74°F and lows of 52°F at night. Wrap up your sightseeing on the 26th (Wed) to allow time to travel to Adeje.

Adeje, Tenerife


Straddling the foothills of the Teide volcano and Tenerife’s southern shores, Adeje is known for its beautiful island architecture and a backdrop of green, mountainous scenery.
You'll get in some beach time at Playa de las Vistas and Playa Del Duque. Eschew the tourist crowds and head to Los Cristianos Harbour and Light and Music Fountain. Go for a jaunt from Adeje to Masca to see Masca Walk about 38 minutes away. The adventure continues: paddle through the water with a kayaking and canoeing tour and tour the pleasant surroundings at Playa de la Enramada.

Traveling by flight from Cordoba to Adeje takes 5.5 hours. Alternatively, you can ride a ferry. Due to the time zone difference, you'll gain 1 hour traveling from Cordoba to Adeje. Traveling from Cordoba in April, expect a bit warmer with lows of 61°F in Adeje. Wrap up your sightseeing on the 29th (Sat) early enough to travel to Maspalomas.

Maspalomas, Gran Canaria


Fondly referred to as “El Sur” by the locals, Maspalomas serves as a hub of entertainment and beach activity on Gran Canary Island.
Take a break from the city and head to Playa de Amadores and Playa de Las Canteras. Visit Playa de Mogan and Playa Puerto Rico for some beach relaxation. Change things up with a short trip to Los Tilos de Moya in Moya (about 46 minutes away). There's more to do: head outdoors with Dunas de Maspalomas and enjoy the sea views from El Faro de Maspalomas.
