  • Oak Marsh course is in the best shape it has been in 10 years. Top notch golf experience with very friendly staff.  more »

  • We enjoy out getaways, being a very nice and luxurious hotel. The beachfront has a more private environment for romantic dates or family's. The best part is the incredible landscapes and sunsets in a beautiful and quiet balcony room with oceanfront. The staff is very happy to assist with help and we enjoyed out stay here. We have come back 3 times and it is very nice every time.
  • Absolutely beautiful resort! Very peaceful and picturesque. Tons of activity options and food choices, beautiful views and wonderful staff. I attended a work event here and had a great time. My room was spacious with a lovely ocean view, comfortable bedding and updated decor. My only issue was getting wifi and a wired connection in my room.
  • great location, comfortable room, impeccable service. beautiful grounds. restaurants and shops distributed throughout the property - up to a 10-15 minute walk to the more distant places. well marked and lighted walkways, make getting around pretty easy, even at night.
  • Check in was rude and unwelcoming. Check out was poor and they locked us out of our rooms at EXCACTLY 11:00 even though we had spa appointment and 10:00 and were running just a little behind. Never stayed ANYWHERE that locked me out of my room and all my belongings at EXACTLY the check out time. None of this was explained at check out and we really would have loved to have been offered a baggage holding room so we could have stayed the day and enjoyed all the other amenities the resort offered. Bad business. I had thousands to spend and instead left immediately because of the poor treatment and went to the village area downtown where service was incredible and the town was very charming. Made a bad experience much better. Will go back to Fernandina Village area again but not the Omni Amelia Island Plantation. They need some re-training in hospitality.
  • Old hotel. No USB charging ports, old TV cuts in in out from signal. Technicians came in to fix it two times. Shower handle old and partially malfunctioning. Inflated rates for golf. Not enough accessible power outlets. Would not return here. Thank God it was paid for by someone else. It was a January visit for a trade show so maybe it is better if you don't have to spend too much time inside.
