  • Let me say that we probably dropped a good bit of money here, but we had a lot of fun. Its a great way to spend a few hours with kids on a cold night in Gatlinburg. Arcade games for everyone! I even s...  more »

  • Machines are all in good working order, clean. All employees were pleasant and helpful. No major complaints, but would like to see more fighting games and retro arcade cabinets.
  • Fun arcade, the prizes are plentiful, and high quality. They have a lot of pinball machines, racing games, coin pushers, etc. My family loves it! The points never expire so you can keep collecting to win something big. Staff is always friendly. They switched over to a card system instead of a ticket system.
  • Like every other arcade; games cost around a dollar a piece and by the end of it, you get small garbage toys. There is a decent selection of games but it's nothing special. There are much better ways to kill 20 minutes than by blowing $20 on a Chinese finger trap.
  • Usually I have a great time at this arcade but not tonight...the girl at the redemption counter named “Autumn” was NOT nice at all. At first we were at the kiosk for redeeming our tokens (we had played the Wizard of Oz game), and we had went up to it and the screen said “please see an attendant”, so we went to the counter and “Autumn” was snobby and had said to just use it and it works, and we had tried to explain to her that we tried putting a token in and it said see attendant, (we didn’t wanna break it or anything, just doing what it said) and she grabbed the cup of our tokens and walked over to it and started doing it herself (as it still said please see attendant on the screen) and then it finally went away and registering our tokens. We had finished doing that ourselves...and so then we went up to the counter to redeem all of our tickets on our cards and she just had such an attitude problem and was not friendly what so ever. When she was done scanning all of our cards that we won for the tickets she was all “WHERES YOUR CARD” in such a angry tone I was so just so shocked on how she even got away with talking to people like that!!! Even other people behind us were saying the same thing we were and how she shouldn’t work in retail. You’ve been on your phone for probably half an hour or so and then you deal with a customer for maybe 5-10 mins, is your job really that hard?
  • Excellent place to play pinball lots of nice machines and well taken care of thanks for the great time😁
